Shipping & returns

Direct ordering is not yet active. This page explains the planned approach of Hysa Mosaic LLC and will be finalized before checkout opens.

Amazon orders

Books purchased on Amazon will be printed, shipped, tracked, and returned according to Amazon’s policies displayed during that purchase.

Direct orders

Books ordered from HysaMosaic.com are planned to be sold by Hysa Mosaic LLC, printed on demand, and shipped by our printing partner. Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery windows will be shown before payment.

Production time

Print-on-demand books require production before shipment. Final production estimates and tracking details will be provided when direct ordering launches.

Damaged or incorrect books

Our planned policy is to help with books that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect when reported within 14 days of delivery. Photos and the order number may be required.

Change-of-mind returns

Because direct orders are printed for each customer, change-of-mind returns may be limited. The final return terms will be clearly shown before checkout is activated.
